Are you part of the Inner Circle?
I am all about Mastermind groups as you may or may not know. I even write as a guest writer for Evan Carmichael’s Mastermind Blog. A Mastermind group can do so much for your business, motivation and daily activities.
As members of the Prosperity Cast Network, Brad and I recently became team trainers and members of a mastermind group within PCN called the Inner Circle Team. This group alone is worth thousands because we do daily trainings and the group is open 24/7 so there are always people around to talk to, motivate you and brainstorm with. If you don’t belong to a group like this and you work from home, I can’t even begin to explain what it can do for you in elevating your business and mindset to the highest level. It’s one of the key tools you should have in building your team and your business.
Can you imagine being at home and having members of your team on the computer in Skype chatting from the moment you rise to the minute you go to bed because there are members from all over the world involved.
How do You Get Involved in a Mastermind?
Belonging to a Mastermind group can bring you a sense of community in that you never feel alone and there is always someone to keep you on task reminding you about conference calls with number and time and training times as well. How much could a group like this elevate your business? What about inspire and motivate you? How much would a group of people always being there be worth? To me, it’s priceless. If you don’t belong to one and want to start your own the time is now.
Skype works really well by having a live chat window open all of the time or some people start forums. Start asking other leaders on your team if they would like to be a trainer. It’s a way for you all to work together.
Are There Rules?
There always needs to be rules in a mastermind group and some are stricter than others so there needs to be people involved who keep the peace, we call ours the Sheriff. The biggest and most important rule I believe is respect for other team members.
What Can You Learn?
The Inner Circle as an example has an abundance of expertise on the team and that’s why we can have so many trainings on Internet Marketing from Video trainings to Blogging. So now, the question you have to ask yourself is, “How do I become part of the Inner Circle?”

As a member of the Inner Circle I can attest to this article. Such a great group of people willing to teach. The education is far worth the tuition… especially compared to most of the other “companies” out there trying to pass off a few e books as an education!
