Imagination, creativity - I am seeing a lack of it in many children today, I suppose because they have thoughts already created for them through electronic dolls, video games and television. I am at a loss when I attempt creative play with other children with objects as simple as puppets and they have no idea what to do or feel embarassed about pretending. When I was a child I could create a whole world within my bedroom with only dolls and lots of imagination. What about you?
Do we realize how important imagination is and the incredible tool it can be for the future? Isn’t imagination what has led to every invention we today take for granted like electricity for instance?
Imagination can give you creative ways to improve your business and opens us up to new possibilities and new solutions to problems. So, let’s not take that away from our children but encourage it.
At home we make superman capes, climb mountains while ruling the kingdom and donning our paper crowns. Why am I so adamant about my children having imagination and creativity? I am not an expert or anything but I meet so many people of varying degrees of success and the people who understand Law of Attraction and Creative Visualization understand the mind is where the power starts and that is where imagination comes into play.
I was just reading Success Consciousness how memory is actually a manifestation of imagination.
Remez Sasson went on to write, “The creative power of imagination has an important role in the achievement of success in any field. What we imagine with faith and feelings comes into being. It is the power beyond creative visualization, positive thinking and affirmations.”
Imagination can make all the difference between working for someone else at minimum wage or creating a new product or starting up your own successful company in the future.
Isn’t that what all parents want? A better life for our children we didn’t have and offering them tools while they are still children we have only discovered as adults?
