Weight loss, More Energy, Less Tantrums – These are Few of My Favorite Things
Are you having a hard time losing weight? What about mood swings or fatigue?
Belive it or not this could be caused by a food allergy or genetic food incompatibility. Many of us believe that we can spot allergies right away such as when a child goes into convulsions from a peanut allergy. What we don’t know is we are consuming foods everyday that we are actually allergic to!
The truth is we shouldn’t have to depend on our caffeine in the morning for energy or feel bloated and constipated on a daily basis. These could actually be symptoms of an allergy. We can actually feel good after we eat, it’s just finding the right foods that agree with our body. I have recently been following Dr. Keith Scott-Mumby’s book Diet Wise. Now, there are several reasons why I bought this book. 1. I wanted to see if I could control my 4-year-old son’s meltdowns through diet 2. I wanted to feel more energy 3. I wanted to lose weight naturally without having to starve myself 4. And we know Dr. Keith and he has a stellar reputation.
I have already worn my copy out because I carry it around constantly, it offers recipes, explanations, testimonial stories, a section for children, I love this book and recommend to everyone!
****That’s why I am now selling it on my website on the left.
So far, I have lost about 5 pounds without exercise and eating all of the time, which of course encouraged me to get back into my exercise regimine, identified a food that triggers excema and started identifying foods that trigger my son’s crazy behavior.
If you don’t think eating differently can hold the key to your health and emotions – picture this. It’s Halloween and you have just taken your 3 and 4 year old trick-or-treating. They have been slowly digging into their goodie bags filled with sugar-laden, treats. How many of you have had to deal with the melt down or wild child running around the mall soon thereafter in order to burn off the sucrose, corn syrup and whatever else is in the food. Most of the foods on the shelves in the stores hardly contain any real food anymore, so it makes sense that we don’t feel at the top of our game after consuming a product that contains ingredients we can’t even pronounce.
Buy this book, you won’t regret it.
