- Steady traffic sources- This means that people visit the site each month, and there is enough visitors that the website is relatively popular.
- Search Engine Optimized- If you were to search a phrase on any search engine (Yahoo, Google, Bing etc…) related to the website, for example: “reverse a breakup”, you should be able to find this website within the first few pages, or even on the first page. This means that the website was optimized for this keyword, and also you want other people to be able to find the page easily and quickly, because no one is going to go to page 30 to find this website.
- Statistics and revenue- The website should already be earning a steady revenue and income from the product it is promoting or selling. If it is not, then it could mean that the product is a dead product which will not catch on with the public, and in turn is not something you want to invest in either. Always view the statistics and the revenue to ensure that the website is already established in these areas.
